The Construction Payments Coordinator processes all construction draws in compliance with contracts, releases or holds payments against purchase orders, and resolves issues with construction vendors.
- Process and track construction contract draws. Verify data in Accruent One Source and create excel spreadsheets to upload to PeopleSoft Accounts Payable.
- Ensure payments are processed in compliance with contract payment terms for multiple versions of construction contracts.
- Process and track Central/South America invoices. Verify data in Accruent One Source and create excel spreadsheets with detailed construction coding for AP to upload to PeopleSoft Accounts Payable.
- Provide signature authorization to in-country accounting office to release payment on all construction-related invoices for Central/South America projects.
- Audit, research, and resolve invoicing and payment issues for all construction vendors utilizing PeopleSoft Purchasing and Accounts Payable modules.
- Create custom-coded purchase orders as needed for unique needs of construction team.
- Manage communications with and training for all construction vendors
- Solid communication skills essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Visible and appropriate sense of urgency
- Beginner level of excel and word
- Accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
- PeopleSoft experience is preferred
